Delete your Snappy Menu data

Delete it in the app

Open Snappy Menu, go to Settings and tap Delete my data. Straight away, this deletes:

• Your menu photos.
• The menus we read, with their dishes, and your history.
• Your daily usage counts.
• Your favourites on your phone.

The app then starts over with a new random ID. Your subscription stays: it's restored from your App Store or Google Play account.

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Snappy Menu data". There are no accounts, so we can only find your data from details you give us, such as a restaurant you scanned and when. We'll delete what we can match within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Delete my data in the app is quicker and complete, so use it if you still have the app.

What we keep

Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep purchase records for tax and accounting, under their own policies.

Dishes already shown in Explore, and "Say it for me" clips, aren't linked to you.

Menu photos are deleted after 30 days even if you don't ask.
